Yes. Every reservation receives a private vehicle and a local bilingual driver-guide, and we never combine unrelated groups. When a tour includes a boat, the boat is private as well. Parks, beaches, restaurants, and attractions may have other visitors.

Yes. We provide pickup and return throughout Roatán with no additional fee based on location. This includes West Bay, West End, Sandy Bay, Coxen Hole, French Harbour, Oak Ridge, Punta Gorda, Camp Bay, the airport, cruise-port meeting points, hotels, resorts, villas, and vacation rentals.

At the Port of Roatan in Coxen Hole, your uniformed driver-guide waits just outside exit gate 1 with a Roatan Exclusive Tours sign. At Isla Tropicale, formerly Mahogany Bay, the meeting point is outside the port in the Independent Tour Guide pickup area, approximately a 10-minute walk. Detailed instructions are provided when you book and again one day before your tour.

Yes. Our Back-to-Ship Guarantee applies to confirmed cruise excursions. We plan your return for at least 90 minutes before the ship’s published departure, synchronize Roatán local time with ship time, and only confirm itineraries that fit the available port schedule.

If your ship does not arrive in Roatán, you receive a full refund, including your deposit. If the ship arrives late or changes its port schedule, we adjust the itinerary and contact you using the information provided with your reservation.

No. Sloths may be observed and photographed, but they cannot be held or carried. You can still enjoy a memorable wildlife encounter and take wonderful photos while following the guidance provided by park staff. Other animal interactions depend on the animals and the instructions given by authorized park personnel.

Book directly through our website and choose either a USD 50 deposit or full payment. Optional activities are added during booking, and checkout displays the final total and any applicable taxes or processing fees before payment. Your reservation is confirmed automatically after successful payment. Prices are shown primarily in USD, and HNL is also accepted.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time, using Roatán local time, to receive a full refund. Cruise guests also receive a full refund when their ship does not arrive in port. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within one business day, although your bank may take approximately five business days to display the funds.

Many tours are family-friendly, but age, health, and mobility requirements vary by activity. A folding wheelchair is available with advance notice at no additional cost. Yes. Roatan Exclusive Tours And Rentals S.A. De C.V. is a locally operated Roatán company established in 2021. The company maintains a municipal operating permit, civil liability insurance, and memberships in the Bay Islands Chamber of Commerce, Bay Islands Tourism Chamber, and CANATURH.
