Payment Options
At Roatán Exclusive Tours and Rentals, we offer flexible and secure payment options to accommodate your preferences:
- Full Payment in Advance: Pay the full amount at the time of booking via credit card, debit card, or PayPal. This option secures your reservation completely and speeds up your check-in process upon arrival.
- $50 USD Deposit: Secure your reservation with a flat $50 USD deposit. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival in Roatán. Deposits can be paid via credit card, debit card, Cash or PayPal. All payments are processed securely through trusted platforms.
Refund Eligibility
We offer clear and fair refund conditions to provide you with peace of mind when booking:
- Cruise Ship Unable to Dock: A full refund will be issued if your cruise ship is unable to dock in Roatán.
- Cancellation at Least 24 Hours in Advance: Receive a full refund (deposit or full payment) if cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
- Medical Emergencies: A full refund will be provided for health-related cancellations with official documentation from the ship’s doctor or a certified healthcare provider.
Non-Refundable Conditions
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund.
- Deposits are non-refundable for same-day cancellations.
- Refund exceptions may be considered in the case of medical emergencies with valid documentation.
