If you've booked a shore excursion with us, there's no need to visit our office. Our team arranges your pickup at the designated meeting point for your cruise port. Your booking confirmation includes the instructions you need for a smooth start.
Cruise Port Information ↗Good to know before you arrive
For guests arriving at Coxen Hole, our designated meeting area is outside Gate #1, following the instructions provided with your reservation.
Guests arriving at Mahogany Bay meet outside the cruise terminal area. Allow extra time to reach the independent tour meeting point.
Our private shore excursions are planned around your ship's schedule, with return to the cruise port at least 90 minutes before the published departure time.
