HOW YOUR CUSTOM ROATAN TOUR WORKS

Optional Activities: During booking, select your preferred activities in the EXTRAS tab. The price of every selected activity is added to your checkout total, allowing you to review and pay for the complete custom itinerary in one reservation.

Ages and Participation: The base private tour welcomes guests of all ages. Optional activities may have their own age, weight, health, mobility, licensing or safety requirements established by the independent provider.

Group Size: There is no fixed maximum group size for the base tour. Roatan Exclusive assigns the appropriate vehicle or vehicles according to the number of guests, authorized vehicle capacities and availability.

CHOOSE YOUR ROATAN TOUR ACTIVITIES

Build your custom Roatan tour by selecting from the following experiences. Activities are subject to availability, operating conditions and provider requirements.

Roatan Wildlife Park Visit: See sloths, monkeys, macaws, iguanas and other animals at one of Roatan’s independent wildlife parks. All interactions follow current ICF regulations and the instructions of authorized park staff. Guests may not hold or carry sloths. Other interactions depend on the species and the rules in effect on the day of the visit.

Roatan Snorkeling Adventure: Explore Roatan’s coral reef with snorkeling equipment and life jackets provided for the selected activity. Guests must follow responsible snorkeling rules: never touch or stand on coral, remove natural elements, or touch, chase or feed marine wildlife.

Private Beach Break: Relax at one of Roatan’s beautiful beaches. Your driver-guide can help organize the beach experience according to your preferred location, available time and selected amenities.

Iguana Park Visit: Observe iguanas and learn about these distinctive reptiles at an independent attraction in Roatan.

Jet Ski or Parasailing: Add a water-sports experience through an independent local provider, subject to weather, availability and the provider’s age, weight and safety requirements.

Private Roatan Fishing Trip: Add a private fishing experience with a local marine provider. Fishing locations, equipment and duration depend on the option selected and prevailing marine conditions.

Roatan Zipline Adventure: Fly through the tropical landscape on a zipline experience selected according to your group’s preferences and the operator’s age, weight, footwear and safety requirements.

Horseback Riding: Enjoy a guided horseback-riding experience along an available scenic route. Routes and participation requirements depend on the independent provider selected.

Roatan ATV Adventure: Explore island trails and local scenery on an ATV excursion. Driver age, passenger rules, licensing and safety restrictions depend on the selected ATV operator.

Mangrove Exploration: Travel through Roatan’s mangrove channels with a local marine provider and discover an important part of the island’s natural and cultural landscape.

Turtle Conservation Visit: Observe turtles at a participating conservation facility and learn about its work. All interactions depend on current regulations and the facility’s authorized procedures.

Roatan Sightseeing and Cultural Stops: Visit viewpoints, local communities, the Roatan sign, chocolate and rum producers, artisan shops and other cultural locations selected for your itinerary.

Local Shopping: Browse local markets and shops for souvenirs, crafts and products made or sold on the island.

Local Lunch Stop: Add time for lunch at a local restaurant chosen according to your preferences. Food and beverages are charged separately unless your confirmed reservation states otherwise.

PRIVATE ROATAN TOURS FOR CRUISE PASSENGERS

Pickup is available for passengers arriving at:

• Isla Tropicale, formerly Mahogany Bay
• Port of Roatan in Coxen Hole

We operate according to Roatan local time and plan cruise excursions to return to port at least 90 minutes before the ship’s scheduled departure.

Detailed meeting instructions are sent when you reserve and again one day before the service. If your cruise ship does not dock in Roatan, you receive a full refund, including your deposit.

ISLAND-WIDE PICKUP

Roatan Exclusive provides pickup throughout the island without a zone surcharge, including cruise ports, Juan Manuel Gálvez International Airport, the ferry terminal, hotels, resorts, villas and private accommodations.

� Helpful Tips: Comfortable clothing, a hat and mineral sunscreen free of oxybenzone, octinoxate, octocrylene, octisalate, homosalate and avobenzone. Bring a swimsuit and towel when selecting beach or water activities.

TERMS and CONDITIONS - LIABILITY WAIVER (Must Read)

I agree to this release of all claims, waiver of liability, and assumption of risk (“Waiver and Release”).

I waive any and all claims I may have now and in the future, and release from all liability and agree not to sue Roatán Exclusive, its agents, representatives, employees, or tour guides [hereafter referred to as “Staff”] for any personal injury, death, property damage, or loss sustained by me as a result of my participation in a private tour offered by Roatán Exclusive due to any cause whatsoever, including without limitation, negligence on the part of Roatán Exclusive, its Staff, tour partners, or other participants, or death or injury as a result of war, civil unrest, or epidemic.

I further agree that if I violate this agreement and attempt to bring suit against any parties named herein, I will be held responsible for attorney’s fees and any costs incurred by that person in defending such action.

I am aware that the tour, in addition to the usual dangers and risks inherent, has certain additional dangers and risks, some of which include physical exertion for which I may not be prepared and weather extremes subject to sudden and unexpected change.

I accept all the inherent risks of the proposed tour and the possibility of personal injury, death, or property damage or loss resulting therefrom.

I acknowledge that the enjoyment and excitement of the proposed form of tour is derived in part from the inherent risks incurred by travel and activity beyond the accepted safety of life at home or work, and these inherent risks contribute to such enjoyment and excitement, being a reason for my participation.

I agree that if I suffer injury or illness, Roatán Exclusive or its Staff can, at my cost, arrange any medical treatment and emergency evacuation service as it or they deem necessary for my health and safety.

Further, I agree at all times during the tour, to abide by and comply with any additional instructions given by my tour guide or any other Staff and I accept that non-compliance may result in injury, death, or permanent disability.

I understand that non-compliance may result in my removal from the tour.

In entering this Waiver and Release, I am not relying on any oral, written, or visual representations or statements by Roatán Exclusive or its Staff or any other inducement or coercion to go on the tour.

I confirm that, by my own free will, I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this private tour and Waiver and Release and agree that this Waiver and Release will be binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and successors.

As a participant on the tour, I accept full responsibility for my behavior, well-being, and health throughout the tour, which may involve a variety of activities, unfamiliar locations, and modes of travel, including but not limited to swimming, snorkeling, diving, or walking for a longer period than I am used to.

I knowingly and willfully accept these risks and take complete and total responsibility for my behavior, well-being, and health during the tour.

I agree to hold neither Roatán Exclusive, nor its Staff nor the Roatán Exclusive Conservancy or facility liable in any way should any harm come to me.

By purchasing any tour(s), I affirm that I have fully understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions, Waiver and Release of Liability.
